A three-year plan for the implementation of the I-ATTC project in Ukraine was developed in November, 2017 leading by the University of California San Diego (UCSD), the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Social ans Forensic Psychiatry and Drug Abuse of MOH of Ukraine and University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and based on a wide range of activities between Ukrainian and international organizations and non-government organizations.





A three-year plan for the implementation of the I-ATTC project in Ukraine was developed in November, 2017 leading by the University of California San Diego (UCSD), the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Social ans Forensic Psychiatry and Drug Abuse of MOH of Ukraine and University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and based on a wide range of activities between Ukrainian and international organizations and non-government organizations.

Having found a mission with the priorities of SAMHSA, a global strategy and action programs by PEPFAR, in particular Influence, Efficiency, Permanens, Partnership and Human Rights, I-ATTC in Ukraine, success has been achieved in these spheres.
