WELCOME ADDRESS
Dear Friends and Colleagues!
On behalf of the organizing committee and myself, I personally congratulate everybody on the annual international scientific and practical conference with international participation.
Let me thank all my colleagues, scientists and practitioners, who in such hard times for the state and each of us, keeps a cold mind and a pure heart.
Today, the Covid-19 pandemic changed the format of our annual event, and it was decided to hold the IX Annual International Scientific Conference "Dual disorders - current trends at interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment" in hybrid format (online&offline). We follow all the rules and current protocols of event organization! This format makes it possible to follow
all the recommendations, current procedures and safety protocols of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
As always, scientists, young scientists, doctoral students, post-graduate students, psychiatrists, child psychiatrists, family doctors, infectionists, health organizers, social workers, nurses, psychologists and other professionals working in the field of mental health are invited to participate in the conference.
The conference will take part in addition to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education.
As in other years, well-known world experts on mental health will come to us. The conference takes place during the period of active reformation of the health care system of the state, in particular psychiatric services. The war in the East, pandemic Covid-19, that increases the burden on all existing services, including psychiatric ones. That is what strengthens the efforts to reform the mental health system and to implement modern approaches that will help to decentralize the system, bring the patient closer and improve the quality of services and protect the rights of patients.
All the actual and important issues for Ukraine are planned to be discussed at the conference. We hope, that the common opinion of specialists, joint work and the desire to improve the service will surely lead us all to success.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to wish the participants of the conference bright impressions and pleasant surprises in the new conditions and form of the event.

1. The Organizing Committee of the Conference reserves the right to reject materials, the content and structure of which will not meet these requirements
2. To publish abstracts, at least one of the co-authors must be a registered conference participant with a paid registration fee. Certificates are received only by those participants who have paid the registration fee
3. Selected abstracts will be published in the "Proceedings of the conference" and published on the website of the event.
4. Submission of abstracts does not include the inclusion of the report in the scientific program of the conference
5. The text of abstracts is submitted in electronic version, in Word editor in * .doc format
